I have an Alibaba Cloud ECS system server (10Mbps) and another ECS database server (0Mbps).

How can I install databases on the database server?

The two servers are both Windows Server 2012R2.
Can SQL Server 2012 be used?
I can't access the database server via remote connection.
What's the most convenient installation mode?

Install a control panel, which already contains a database. You don't need to install another database.
I recommend BT and AMH control panels.
