SQL Server Express to SQL Server

I have SQL Server Express 2012 installed on a remote PC. I develop databases along with minimal amounts of data. I want to take what I develop and copy it to a SQL Server 2012. Can I backup and restore from a USB device? There is not any form of remote connection, etc.

The only thing that I know of that could stop you is permissions to the folder on your USB device. What I would do is to backup your database to the default backup folder and then copy the backup to your USB device, move it to your server and then copy the backup in the server's default SQL backup folder. Then you can restore it without having to worry about permissions.
