Need help for NOT EXISTS query

Hi,
With these tables:

Supplier (SNO, SName, Status, City)
Part (PNO, PName, Color, Weight, City)
Shipment (SNO, PNO, Qty)

How can I find the suppliers who have shipped each and every part type. Only use NOT EXISTS.
