Searching table

Hello, I have a table with a column named Title (varchar(50)) and a column named Tags (varchar(250)). What is the best way to do a search on these two fields? Similar to YouTube.

I am new at SQL Server 2005 express.

Use CONTAINS and FREETEXT.

CONTAINS search the exact or prefix match whereas FREETEXT search partly matching.
