Web publishing in Visual Manfacturing

I have been asked by my company to create a web page that clients are
able to search for and order spare parts. I understand that Visual
Manufacturing enables you to publish things to websites. Visual
Manufacturing is using SQL Server.

Has anyone performed this before? any help will be appreciated
