Where is the SQL Server License Setup Utility Program?

I am looking for the SQL Server 2000 Licensing Setup Utility Program
and cannot find it. Everything I read says, goto Control
Panel->Administrati ve Tools->SQL Server License Utility. When I go
there, I do not see... Any help would be Greatly appreciated!

    Setup:
    Win 2000 Server
SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition Svc Pk 3.

    Thanks.

I've seen this happen, too although I don't know why. You can access the
applet directly - look for the sqlslic.cpl file in the C:\Program
Files\Microsoft SQL Server\80\Tools \Binn folder (by default). Then
right-click it and choose "Open with Control Panel".
