Microsoft JET Database Engine

When I try to Export data from a table into a locally residing Microsoft Excel, using DTS Import/Export Wizard.

I get the following error Message

Error Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine
Error Description: Not a valid password.
Context: Error during initialization of the provider.

Can anybody help me in solving the issue
