    SQLAgent can't up

    I have two questions:
(1)After I stopped SQLAgent, I couldn't start it up, even restart the
    server.Why?
    (2) I may need to reinstall the server, if I do, do I need to
uninstall? or just override the current one?
    Thanks!

My guess is btw.. that the user password changed (the user that SQL Agent
    runs under).

Or someone changed the account, but hadn't cycled SQL Agent yet.
