Where r SQL database tables stored ??

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express

I have restored the database into it with 100tables and stored procedures.

I have also created the new database in it.

But,i don't know how to add the existing database in to Visual Studio.Net 2005 .I m using ASP.Net.

Where are the database stored ??


I don't want to create the new database,.

Can anyone pls tell me ....
