installation of ms sql server 2000 developer edition on windows xp pro

i m having windows xp 2002 sp2 version, i want to know whether i will be able to install ms sql server 2005 developer edition on it or there will be some problems .

i heard that ms sql server 2005 developer edition requires 512MB of RAM, but i m using 256MB RAM only.

is there any one who could help me on this ??
