Can i attend a quiz on moodle with guest access?

I want to give access to user for attending a quiz by guest mode. Then how can i set up these settings. I have tried it. But it didn't work so if any have solution then share your answers here.

You can create quiz page without existing base class like without session or credentials.
Make quiz page is independent.
