For managing both project and non-project work, I recommend Wrike or Celoxis. (LiquidPlanner is a good pick too, but it's best for large groups.) If your team spends a lot of time discussing and iterating visual assets, ProofHub is a great choice. And if your looking for services then i'll recommend outsource ux design.

I'm using Wrike, Trello and Youtrack. They all perform different functions, a common tool is unlikely to be found.

There are a number of good project management software options available, so it is important to choose the one that is best suited for your needs. Some of the most popular include Asana, Trello, and Basecamp.

Each of these tools has its own strengths and weaknesses, so it is important to take the time to learn about them before making a decision.

Additionally, it is also important to keep track of updates and enhancements as they occur in order to remain current with the latest trends. Make sure that you test out each tool before using it in production mode on your website or client projects.

Ultimately, choosing a good project management software isn't difficult but does require some extra effort on your part.

Hey, I'm new on this forum. I know you asked for help a long time ago, but I'd still like to share a few recs on CRMs. I think you should check out Trello and Asana first. They all have great features for story management, task management, bug management, and more. Plus, they're super user-friendly and have great interfaces.

Another thing you might want to consider is using a CRM mind map to help you stay organized and on top of things. It's a great way to visualize your projects and keep everything in one place. Hope this helps!!

Project management software is a game-changer, ain't it? So, let me give you the scoop. I've tried quite a few, but one that really caught my eye is Monday.com. It's like having your whole project laid out in front of you in a super intuitive way. Plus, they offer a free trial, so you can give it a spin before committing. I mean, who doesn't love a monday free trial, right? Anyway, back to the topic. If you're looking for solid project management software that's easy to use and keeps you organized without all the fuss, I'd say give Monday.com a shot. Trust me, it's a game-changer!

Trello, asana and open project, gira, airtable and basecamp seem like good project management tools. I've only used project management tools for software development. Nothing beats a todo list in notes.app or a markdown file.
