Any typing software for coders?

Hi,

I'm new to this community and I just wanted to ask that is there any typing software that can be used by coder to improve the typing speed or any industry that can provide typing software according to the keyboards that coder use.

I hope I'll get some valuable information here. Thanks in advance.

well - i am not sure what you are exactly looking for - but i guess there is no software that could 'type' the things faster then the person that types it on the input device :) but it can guess what you probably want to type (often called code-completion) and offers you a list of known (either language specific and/or known from your already written code) 'symbols' to chose from so that you wouldn't need to type them out completely. Usually an editor can be (more or less) customized so that you can match keyboard-shortcuts and such to specific commands that you want to have executed. Usually it even provides you with Bracket-matching, Quotes-matching etc. meaning for example if you type an opening bracket it instantly puts the closing one as well. You can customize the indentation and it usually 'autoindents' blocks of code. So yea - if you are looking for editors to write code with and which can help and can improve productivity while programming - there are such, and there are lots of them.

This is a very interesting question, actually few months ago I have started using a typing software to increase my typing speed. You guy's won't believe my typing speed has really improved and even I contacted the founder of that software and thank him for that software. He said he can also create customized keyboards according to the needs of every programmer. Guys lets give if a try and hope would it work for programmer like us. You can also try Nitrotype. You can enjoy this game while improving your typing speed. And is very helpful. This helps most of my classmates in improving their typing speed.
