Image Uplaoded in a windows from are not displaying

Hi

I had developed a form for uploading image. Now when I am trying to upload the image to the form only the image name is displaying, not the picture.
Even in some other system no name is displaying.
Problem is that it is working fine for some other system but the same is not working in my system.
Development toll that I used is Powerbuiler 9.
Please help me if there is any settings to be done for it in windows so that the image will be displayed.
