Design Sales Invoice Form

I am making an application through which we can keep record of our sale.

I had made the layout , but it not looking good/proffesional.

Can you please advice me what changes i made in the layout to make it look proffesional. If possible you can simple open the image in ms paint and change the size or location that might take you not more then minutes to show me how it look good.

This sales invoice looks professional enough to me. You could make it a bit more compact. Everything else is ok.
