I need help with contact form

How can I change my email address from text into an image? Someone told me that this way it won't be picked up by spam bots and it will reduce spam.

Your email address can't be an image; see RFC 5321 and RFC 5322. How you want to visualize your email address is up to you (if you can influence it).
