The idea i have got in my mind about the dock like app is that you can put the dock at the bottom or any where when you place the round plate on sides of screen only the half circle will appear but when you place it in the middle of screen the full circle will appear...

Now it will take a hard time to create animations :)
Because i only know fading effects and a bit circulatory animations of icon objects ...
