software diagram flow

i was given an assignment to build a program that read bin,hex files and displays on dos mode.
i need a help how to create software diagram flow using the info that my lecturer gave me:

1.INPUT FILES(bin,hex,. doc
2.READ(into your buffer)
3.Arranged as struct/array)

guys can u help me to create the software diagram flow....its a bit critical for me to do it!
