i have encountered a problem in my system with "w32.dizan. d" virus. give me a solution for get rid out of it. one of my word document file has been changed from .doc to .scr. help me out to get back my word document file.
I would go to your Anti-Virus Softwares homepage and look to see what they suggest.
Unfortunately I don't know much about the virus, I would research it, run a virus scan, and what i suggested above. Other then that i don't really know what else you can do.
