Writing a code that gives the user feedback from data set

I need help writing a program that gives the user feedback of age groups that are abusing drugs the most. I have a data set that I am using. I am asking two questions 'Which age group abuses cocaine the most?" and " what age group abuses Marijuana the most?" I have to write a code in python to do this.
