Receiving error when installing PyWin 2.7

I'm trying to install PyWin32 build 217 for Python 2.7 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywi...2/Build%20217/ file: pywin32-217.win-amd64-py2.7.exe), but I am receiving an error:

close failed in file object destructor
sys.excepthook is missing
lost sys.stderr



I am running Python 2.7.2 (64-bit). Does anyone know why this error is occurring?
