I need help to write a small program using python programming language

My project requirements are as follows:
An information technology inspired "major domo" writes a program which permits the entry of various kitchen ingredients and then produces the name of the relevant recipe. For example "flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, butter" might give the recipe for baking a loaf, while "lettuce, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes" could explain how to prepare a salad
