Is there any way to prevent exceptions from stopping file execution other than using try and except statements, because using these statements at many places doesn't look good. Please help me in this..I am stuck in my project because of this.

The point of exceptions is to try them. You could try putting all of your code in one massive try, but I think you would have issues returning to the exact point inside the try where your exception was thrown.
I don't think there is a way around using try everywhere in your code where you get an exception.
