Have tried playing with py2exe and have installed plugins for Eclipse -with a view to Jython -is that permitted in this forum? ;-)
(Jython?) Permitted, yes. Available expertise; questionable.

    Welcome.

Welcome to the club, jason bourne. I still need to check out pycard, but in the middle of delivering a huge project at the moment.

Running Windows XP, but I don't think you'll have heard of this one

Using CyanIDE, this is the IDE and compiler suite for the Cyan Techonologies eCOG1 processor platform. It has a built in Python interpreter and uses it as a macro language and also to control important things like downloading images to the platform.

As such I don't know what version of Python it is because having scoured the documentation that does not seem to be mentioned.

That is an interesting new definition of the word "fine" that I have not come across before :D

                              I am using:

                              Windows XP

I am not sure which version of Python - I am trying to write a script for HEC-DSSVue (version 1.2.10). Available documentation indicates that HEC-DSSVue uses the Jython implementation.
