While installing pgadmin getting error 'no module named flask_login'

I wanted to use pgadmin to manage Postgresql database, getting error no module named flask_login when executing python pgAdmin4.py.Als o ran pip install Flask-Login no resolution for the error, kindly guide me how to fix the issue..The image is here
