connection to data base failed

i have aproblem in postgresql programm it was running easily and right but suddenly it isn't work when i make connect to server it appear connection failed

any one have asolution to this problem please

Did you check if the server is running?
What does say postgres logs?
What program do you mean saying (client or server)

Maybe your secondary log on server is not running. Check to see if it is running.
