I am a beginner to PHP and am designing a student information system where students need to enter 9 subject and its corresponding grade based on the number of sittings. Is there any better way to do this apart from what I have been doing.

... and what have you been doing?
Bytes is not a coding/project website... plenty of those around.
If you have a specific problem and are just simply stuck, showing your work, explaining what you want, what you are getting, and how that is different from the goal - that we can work with to help you get to the goal.
