Link two forms together

i have 2 forms and i want the details of the first form to link to the second form once user fill the form.

since you posted in PHP … when loading the second form (I am assuming that the 2nd form is shown after the 1st was submitted, otherwise using PHP wouldn’t make sense) you have all the data from the first form available (either in $_POST or $_GET) so you can put any values you like into the second form.
