What should I read or where should i go to learn php?

I'm trying to learn PHP for web development. This website is going to be used for my youtube channel. I need to learn PHP for a login box, comment box, and a way to record how many people comment or like my video on the website itself. I do not have any code I just need help on finding a place to learn this stuff at. Thank you for reading this.

you can download pdfs for php tutorials, just search it in google,, there are also many video tutorials for php in youtube, , , but before you must read or watch those tutorials you need first to know if what is php, its requirements etc.

Okay I understand, well I have been able to find youtube videos describing what I need, but how do I trust them? It says I need to download something called "WAMP" for windows. I followed it and it worked is this the correct way? Also, I don't know who to chose for the best answer both of them are so great and helpful.
