open your http.conf or what ever the file name
find out the line starting with "Listen";
replace the ip with your machine static ip address, ofcourse not dynamic or taken from DHCP server. you can also change the port number to 80
anyway, you must have to understand after this you will be able to access your website only from local network not from outside world, if you want to access from out side world then there is few step you will have to go through -
