how to generate pdf in php?

i want to create pdf file from my database data..but i have no idea about how i create pdf file and download this file.
i tried using MPDF but it is not working...

then you have made an error in your code, that is why its not working, I work with MPDF, it works fine

I use TCPDF all the time. You can generate compliant PDF docs with HTML.
