I'm about to buy this tool, scriptcase, it is a PHP code generator that runs in the browser, and I want to know if someone here ever used it? any impressions? let me know.

Seems ok for non-customized application and for someone who doesn't know PHP, yet it seems its beneficial to have web developer experience to use it effectively.
If I were you, I'd watch the videos and see if it's exactly what you're looking for and use the trial to play around with it. 20 days trial is plenty to find out if it works for you (given that most RAD application should be /completed!/ in 20 days) :)
