What is the best PHP code generator?

I'm about to buy my first PHP code generator, I have already tested up a few, have my own opinion about it but wanted to discuss it a little bit first, anyone here uses/used? what you guys can tell me about it?

Scriptcase? codecharger? phprunner?

I always code my PHP manually so I know what was written.

I used to feel the same way you do, but everyday I got more work to do, so i needed to make things faster.
I've been done a large research about those code generators can some of they are really good.
Ever you ever tried scriptcase? do you know what this framework is about?
