Problem in downloading docx file

i have another file in this website which i want to use as a download link .

i want visiters can download it using this url but i am not getting the result.

can anyone help ?

you can force a download if you give the file a Content-Disposition: attachment header, though you have to do that through the server software, as PHP does not process that file.
