The manual
is where you should begin.
The documentation
has articles for getting PHP installed, and learning the syntax, etc.
When you have a more specific question, start a new thread in the PHP forum, and we'll do our best to help you.
Mark.

Hi,
To chip in with my 2 cents worth I found the W3C Schools tutorials on PHP helped me get started. From there I worked hard at it and tried new things every day frequenting Bytes.com a lot in the early days with nothing but questions.
Cheers
