1. Can you give me some sample codes that could translate whole pages of my website to other languages.

2. Where should i put those codes?

Depending on the content of the site, I would get the pages professionally translated.

Reason being is that most translators do a word for word translation, without reading the context of the of the line.

I once did an English -> French translation of a sentence, and the French version was nowhere close to being right. People find this very arrogant and annoying, especially if they take insult to it and start bashing the site.
