Consuming SOAP Web services without SOAPClient

I have an web hosting account, where they do not have SOAPclient installed. How can consume the SOAP Web Services? I am using PHP on unix.

You have three options:

1. Have your host enable the extension you need.
2. Find a 3rd party class/library that you can use instead of the extension.
3. Write your own SOAP client.

If you have a reasonable host, I'd recommend #1. If not I'd do #2. The third option is a last resort.
