PHP_SELF causing problem

[sayub]

The following code does not work. The browser shows the error message"Parse error: parse error in E:\wamp\www\pap a\index.php on line 2"

<?php
<form method=post action=$_SERVER['PHP_SELF']>
</form>
?>

hint: it's not PHP_SELF, that's causing the problem, it's the <form method=post action=, where PHP chokes.
