How to translate my web site to other language

Hi
Am designing a web site for spinning mills . That is in English language. But i want display some another language options for visitors. Like that Chinese and German and Italy and some other.
Please any one help me.Advanced thanks.

at first you need a complete translation. how you integrate that depends on how the web site works (e.g. if you have only static HTML (no server side scripting) you could use an separate directory for each language)
