Wordpress Template changes

Is there any way to change that wordpress template into my div template which i created. if soo please tell me how to do this..

What are you asking, exactly? Whether you can create your own Wordpress templates?
Care to take a wild guess? :)

If that is not your question, please elaborate.
I am not familiar with either "that wordpress template" or "my [your] div template which i [you] created".
