php scrip for Domain ranking?

Hi,

I need php code for keyword based domain ranking in google, yahoo and msn,
please can any one help me in solving this, here the aim is i have to get the rank of a domain in google, yahoo and msn and i have to monitor rank changes between consecutive weeks.

it should be like this "http://www.searchengin egenie.com/rank-checker.htm"
