      You can also make your own simple little framework that allows you to get the nitty-gritty part of the coding out of the way (ie, builds the simple insertion, deletion and update to database things out of the way)

          There is a list of most common PHP frameworks.

          Akelos, ash.MVC, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, DIY, eZ Components, Fusebox, PHP on TRAX, PHPDevShell, PhpOpenbiz, Prado, QPHP, Seagull, Symfony Project, WACT, WASP, Yii, Zend, ZooP.

          I personally use and recommend CakePHP.

            I am a codeigniter addict, they are all good, I just find CodeIgniter to be the easiest to Jump right in with. really good documentation and user community.

              I agree; CodeIgniter is the only PHP framework I use, if I use one.
