File create in php

i know how to create file in php. i have some problem. if i insert new data then file(txt file) create otherwise no file created. after 30 minutes i also insert new data then file created. my file script generated after 10 minutes. please help me. its very urgent.

Hi.

We would have to see the code that is cause the problem and any errors that it may be causing.
Otherwise we are just guessing, and we really don't like doing that, especially not with such a vague description.
