Cannot post to groups on news.php.net

Has anyone else here experienced problems posting to the groups at
news://news.php.net ?

I cannot even post to the test group on that server. I am unable to find
any information about access restriction in the web pages at the php.net
website.

Any suggestions?

I get a 502 error about 95% of the time, which should indicate the server
is overloaded. Give it time to settle down :)

I have tried posting almost every day for a couple of weeks now. Just
needed to confirm that there really wasn't any kind of implicit access
restriction. I won't bother trying to post to the news.php.net server
anymore.
