Learning Models

Hi friends,
Since, I'm going to use PHP in Learning Management System, I'm doing an analysis about Learning and Evaluation Models.
But I can't find anyother suitable model rather than "Kirk Patrick Model".
Can anyone tell me some other Learning Models such as Kirk Patrick Model???

Btw it is 'Kirkpatrick'.
Best is to google for 'learning evaluation model' and you'll get > 40 million entries of which some are useful to you (I think).
