Image saving issue

Hello guys
Pl. can give me a solutions for a image saving tool in that i need to save bigger image size 24" x 18" with 150dpi, as my designing tool is working well but client need to save his design directly with print quality & size, he has printing business & i made a site for him for getting online printing order with custom designs.
My designing tool is in flash but I am using PHP in coding for saving image with its thumbnails.
But client need to get his order with same size which client select & with 150dpi quality. he has diff. sizes like 24" x 18", 12: x 8", etc...
Please help me to save this image with that much bigger size & resolution.

Can you provide us more information so we can attempt to assist you? What is the exact problem you are experiencing?

Also, some code might help is you are experiencing errors or unexpected results.
