Most places consider an impression when a visitor views a page that contains an ad, no matter how many ads are on it. So for each page that you have an ad on you could have a script that would just increment your impression count.

For the Ad clicks you could set it up to go to a page that has your script on it that imcrements your click count and then redirect them to the actual page that belongs to the advertisement.
