Looking for a close package of secure register and login

Hi,

I am looking for a close package of secure login and registeration written in PHP.The package that I am looking for should have the following functionality
I believe this is standard functionality today:

Login:

1. User enter user name and passsword
2. Forgot your password
3. Remember me on this computer
4. Secure Login


Regitration:

1. I prepare the HTML DOM regitration form.
2. When user press the register button the system perforn secure registration send the user email for complete the regitration. When user enter the link in the email he enter the site.

DB: MySQL

I saw this behaviour in many sites, so I don't want to invate the wheel again.

Can any one send me a link from where I can take this package or send me the package itself.
