Php developement tools

I'm starting a new project using PHP. I'm a .NET programmer and I'd
like to use an interface for PHP that has a look and feel of Visual
Studio. Are there any such tools out there? And is Visual C++ .NET a
good tool to use for PHP development.

I personally use zend IDE and very happy with it. See there usenet
