There are dozen of FTP tools all over the web you can find. File Zilla is a good one. And If your ISP do not allow FTP uploading, Its not our issue. Change your ISP.

The industry standard method of moving files, as ajaxrand mentioned is FTP upload. Any web host (in my opinion, free or not) should offer some type of FTP upload feature. They may offer it, but you don't know about it? Do some looking around and see if your host offers FTP, if not, find a new host. You can find web hosts for cheap these days, it might be worth it to open a paid hosting account.

I've changed the title of this thread to better describe it's topic.
Using good, descriptive titles that follow the Posting Guidelines will increase your chances of getting you questions answered!

Also, posting links to a site that is in competition with TSDN, that contains advertisement or any other inappropriate content is a violation of the Postin Guidelines, specifically the part about Things that are generally unacceptable.

Please refrain from doing so in the future!

I have been using the FREE version of SmartFTP Client for some time now, sometimes uploading a complete new website with 100s of files and I think it's good choice.
